These spatulas are really useful for stir fries and getting into the corners or saucepans. A pair makes an excellent pair of salad tongs. They are made from Beech which is ideal for cooking and are finished in food safe mineral oil. They come mounted on a leather hanging cord.

The Wood

They are made from a Beech tree that I milled after it was donated to us by a kids’ outward bound centre, having been felled by high winds. Each piece is different but some contain spalted section sor part of the flame figure heart. All are unique.
